Companies interested in Open Innovation should establish an internal innovation process for gathering ideas from the internal workforce, vetting ideas, and then sponsoring promising ideas with recognition, resources and rewards. The internal innovation process should also have a public component which interacts with external individuals and organizations using public forums. We are interested in continuing to develop features and functions that would make WikiSolv one of those public forums for Open Innovation.
Please edit this page, or add comments and questions regarding what companies would need to make their innovation processes more open.
